Online reservation

How is executed the booking process?

You can search through all hotels performed on our website, check the rates and prices and make your choice. Then you can proceed to reservation by clicking on the "book now" button, placed on all pages.

Then you fill in a the reservation form, specifying hotel, period of stay, your personal detials, number of people, number and type of rooms/apartments, meals, additional services and special requirements. On the next page you can review all details of the reservation and if necessary to correct them.

Then you proceed to online payment by credit card or offline by bank transfer. After successful payment you are returned to a page where you can print your booking summary. The whole process usually takes 5-10 minutes.

Within 1 business day you will receive by e-mail you indicated an accommodation voucher. You have to present the voucher at the hotel when by check in. Please note that hotel accommodation voucher is issued only by licensed tour operators and is an official document under the Tourism Legislation.

Online payment

How can I pay by booking?

You can pay your reservation online by Credit Card, Debit Card or offline by bank transfer.

Payment by credit card

If you choose to pay by credit card or debit card you will be redirected to a secure page where you have to fill in your card details. Our online card payments are provided and powered by Raiffeisen Bank and the Bulgarian Organisation for Card Payments (BORICA). For over 6 years we have been protecting carefully our customers' private and financial data.

Payments by bank transfer

Payments by bank transfer are made to the specified bank account of our company, in the currency stated on the invoice. You must state the ‘booking number’ in the grounds of payment. Please note that payment by bank transfer is possible only 30 days prior to your arrival. If we won't receive the amount of your booking in our bank account within 3 business days, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.

Fees and charges

Do I pay a booking fee or any other additional charges?

You don't pay any fee for the reservation. We do not charge a booking fee. Our service is free of charge because, unlike many other parties, we will not charge you for our service or add any additional (reservation) fees to the room rate.

No fee is due for credit card payments. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro.

Reservation cancellation

How can I cancel or change my booking?

When you finish your booking you receive a unique number of the reservation. You can use your e-mail address and booking number to log into our website and cancel your booking. To make a modification of your booking you can send us an inquiry by e-mail or use the contact forms on this website.

Do I pay a cancellation fee?

If you cancel your booking before the cancellation deadline clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions, no penalty will be applied. In case you cancel your booking after the cancellation deadline term, the cancellation penalty stated during the booking process will apply.

How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?

After you have cancelled your reservation you will receive an email to confirm your cancellation.


Are the rates on the website per person or per room?

All accommodation prices for reservations are quoted per room based on the room occupancy. Rates and discounts for additional persons, children, as well as food supplements are usually quoted per person. On the booking page, once you specify all booking details, the final price is quoted. There are no additional fees, no extra costs, and all rates include VAT for all hotels, which means there are no hidden charges when you book through our website. The price you see is the price you pay for all hotels. However, if you have any questions, please, don't hesitate to contact us, we are here for you!

Can I request an extra bed for a third person in a double room and how much does it cost?

It depends on each hotel’s policy and availability. Usually the extra beds are specified in the room rates as per your desired occupancy. If you are aware of the availability for a specific hotel for the requested dates and if the possibility and the cost of an extra bed in the room are not specified, please, don't hesitate to contact us and we will assist you.

Is breakfast always included in the price?

In 90% of the hotels breakfast is included in the price. However, some hotels or aparthotels offer meal plan RO (Room only) or SC (Self Catering) which don't include any meal plan. On the booking page you can choose the food option if more than one is available. It is clearly stated which meal plan is included in the price.

Do you offer special discounts?

Definitely yes! We are aimed to satisfy our loyal and potential clients! We provide the best available rates for the dates of your stay. Our discounted rates are valid only for reservations made through us and they are not applicable for reservations, made directly at the hotel.
